Artist Statement

Something in nature stirs my emotions and my sense of wonder. I translate these feelings in a creative flow of colors and forms, in an expressive rhythm of patterns, positive and negative shapes that in turn help me discover within my work a strength of design and expression in a totally different direction thus moving towards pure abstraction.

 My thoughts develop with a very specific technique though all very much influenced by printing processes as I compose and plan the many parts of my work while I incorporate the knowledge and feel of past experience from life and from my previous art works.
